Colocar la mezcla en panquequera o sartén de teflón y con un poquito de manteca. Cocinar a fuego bajo hasta que el panqueque despegue las puntas o una de las puntas y dar vuelta. Retirar del fuego y repetir hasta terminar la mezcla. Dependiendo el tamaño salen 12 panqueques finos con esta receta.

- Para este relleno de canelón reciclado utilicé: salsa blanca bien espesa que hice con un poco de cebolla y de verdeo. Luego puse el pollo cortado chiquito, jamón, panceta, quesos y las nueces picadas.


- Poner el relleno en el medio del panqueques (yo puse 2 cucharadas), luego cerrar de un lado y del otro. Quedan como la foto. Rallar queso, poner crema y gratinar en horno o microondas por unos minutos



- Quedan riquísimos!!! Con los que sobraron los comí con dulce de leche también 🤭😋
