  1. Cogemos las tortitas de maíz y las cortamos en triángulos.
  2. Cortamos los tomates, cebolla, cilantro muy pequeños y reserbamos
  3. Ponemos una sartén con aceite y dejamos que caliente. Una vez calentado el aceite añadimos la carne picada con un poquito de tomate y cebolla que aviamos guardado y añadimos sal al gusto. (Pero un poquito porque el restante lo utilizaremos en otro sitio)
  4. Vamos mezclando la carne muy bien y dejamos que se vaya dorando.
  5. Mientras vamos a hacer un guacamole. Es muy simple, cogemos el aguacate y lo trituramos hasta que quede un puré espeso. Y reservamos, mezclamos el resto de tomate cebolla y el cilantro que aviamos guardado.
  6. Cuando la carne picada este echa le añadimos 4 o 5 cucharadas de tomate frito y la carne ya estará.
  7. Ponemos una freidora a calentar y cuando el aceite este caliente añadimos los triángulos de tortilla que habíamos echo al principio. (Una forma de hacerlos más saludables es poniéndolos al horno)
  8. Cuando estén doraditos los sacamos a un plato con papel de cocina para que absorba todo el aceite restante.
  9. Cuando estén todos los triángulos hechos pasamos a montar el plato. Primero los triángulos, encima la carne picada, pico de gallo, unas cucharaditas pequeñas de mayoresa y por último el guacamole. Y ya está listo!
